Purinergic system plays an important role in functional regulation of immune system. Extracellular ATP belongs to non-infectious danger signals (DAMP), has a pro-inflammatory effect and modulates the response. The end product breakdown, adenosine, limiting inflammatory activity ectonucleotidase CD39 CD73 supports balance adenosine at site inflammation. expression is characterized by high variability. From literature data, appropriate studies were carried out either transgenic mice, or with adult healthy donors. number cells expressing T lymphocyte populations not been evaluated children.  depends on specific cell subpopulation. highest content CD39+ observed Tregs, maximal amounts CD73+ found among Tact subset. In subpopulation, there no significant difference between CD73. E have also shown increase relative CD73, along age-dependent decrease CD39. An absolute values age revealed for Treg, CD39+Treg, CD73+Treg, CD39+Th17, thus being consistent age-related cells.
 obtained data concerning pattern ectonucleotidases functionally should be taken into account when studying immune-mediated diseases from groups.
